Fun fact: Kurt first met him at the San Francisco Conservatory as his music history student!

Maybe you’ve watched one of his celebrated Great Courses lectures. Or read one of his books. Robert Greenberg is not only a world-renowned historian, speaker, and writer, but a pianist, and composer as well. (Those who've seen him in action might add stand-up comedian to the list.) He brings all of his expertise and passion to create presentations that are beyond informative; they are delivered with relentless passion, earnestness, and humor, and get us deeper into the music and mind of the composer.
They are unforgettable.

If you haven't had the pleasure of listening to Robert Greenberg, now is your chance! Arianna Arts, Inc. and the Arianna String Quartet have invited Mr. Greenberg as a guest of the Arianna Chamber Music Festival to set the stage for the week, our full-immersion into Beethoven's string quartet, Op. 59, No. 3. Monday evening, June 15 at 7:30 pm, he will offer a presentation on this much-loved string quartet, specially tailored for you, with time at the end for questions.
